1. All our products are intended to be used by persons 18 years old and over. By buying from our online store, you agree to the terms and conditions and are over the permitted age. We will not take any responsibility for any misuse of our products. Our products are consumed solely at your risk. If you have any concerns and need assistance on how to properly use our products, please contact us.

2. We will dispatch the ordered goods within 2 day upon receipt of the payment. Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day unless courier services do not collect.  If the order is placed on weekend, it will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders placed on statutory holiday, will be dispatched on the following working day. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery to any part of North Island and 3 days to South Island.

3. We undertake to replace any faulty goods within 14 days upon receipt of the goods. In the event of faulty goods, the goods need to be shipped to our warehouse. We will refund the shipping cost if the goods are faulty and returned to our warehouse.

4. We will comply with New Zealand Privacy Act (1993). Your credit card and bank details are not stored in our server or anywhere else by us. Your payment is processed securely by a separate company and we do not have any access to those details. We do not provide your personal details to anyone else unless required by any Law or to process your order.

5. We undertake to comply with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

7. We use Payment Express and Internet Banking over Poli payment system. They are third party providers and we do not hold any of your payment or banking details.

About Poli
POLi allows you to make a payment for goods at your favourite online retailer, pay for travel, or to pay a bill using money straight from your bank account.  POLi is safe and secure and lets you use your Internet Banking to make the payment. Poli is free to use and doesn’t require you to register.

8. We offer free shipping for all orders over $99. Orders below $99 will incur a fixed shipping fee of $7.

9. Once you have received an email confirmation that the order has been shipped, it will take between 1-3 working days to be delivered to you. 

10. If you receive any incorrect item or if any item(s) are missing, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will resolve this in a satisfactory manner.

11. As soon as we have couriered your order, we will send you an email confirmation stating your order is on the way. You will be able to track the order by the tracking number and the link provided.

12. Please note that we do not ship orders to P O Box as our courier services requires a signature.

13. If you would like to pick up your order, please let us know as soon as possible as your order may be dispatched same day.

14.  If you are unhappy with the purchase, you can return the goods to our warehouse by courier or in person within 14 days from receipt of the goods, provided condition 15 is met.

15. We will only process your refund if the goods have not been used so please check the battery before using and e.g. Hookah, Bongs, E-liquid.

16. You can either exchange the goods or receive a partial refund. All refunds will be processed through bank transfers within 48 hours, once returns accepted. Customers must provide their bank account details  - Name and Account Number.

17. You will be asked to provide order confirmation notification as proof of purchase.

18. If you received an item and believe it is faulty, please notify us within 14 days from receipt of the goods. 

19. All returns and charges is the responsibility of the customer, until received by Shishaland.

20. In case of faulty goods or if incorrect goods have been dispatched, the goods will be send to customer free of charge.

21. If you have changed your mind, shipping cost in both directions will be charged to the customer.
